Many men have tried using the Start-Stop Method during sexual intercourse and have come to realize that this technique did not really remedy the problem of premature ejaculation. The reason why many men give up this routine is because it is uncomfortable for both partners. The man feels that he is not allowing his partner to reach orgasm due to the continuous breaks in between the sexual session. And the fact that the man is discouraged about this idea, makes his partner uncomfortable. This only worsens the sexual encounter and makes a female orgasm almost impossible.

Many males who suffer from Premature Ejaculation feel this way. The way to solve this issue is to communicate openly with your partner about your concerns and feelings. The reason being is that, any technique is useless if there are ideas of conflict or doubt within the beholder. When you express your thoughts and feelings openly, you are allowing her to understand your thought patterns. Communication allows for new channels of comfort and good feelings (two elements that are essential for a female orgasm).

It seems that the media is constantly pushing the fact that Premature Ejaculation hurts relationships. Is this really true? Can it just be a marketing ploy to lure sufferers of premature ejaculation to purchase their “miracle pill” or does it really have some truth value after all?

Today, I am going to introduce my good friend, Robert, to the community and share with our viewers some of his experiences with Premature Ejaculation. Robert suffers from Secondary Premature Ejaculation. What this means is that he has recently developed PE unknowingly. Robert told me that what bothered him the most was that he had no idea why he was diagnosed with PE all of a sudden with no warning. He also told me that he felt like less of a man. However, when I was interviewing his girlfriend afterwards, she told me that she was willing to support Robert 100 percent of the way and that she still loved him unconditionally!

I want to let our readers know that Premature Ejaculation does not equate to an unstable relationship. Many couples that I’ve interviewed agree with this fact too. It will be extremely difficult for you to cure Premature Ejaculation if your mind is weak. You have to start loving yourself for who you are – and only until you can develop this skill truthfully, will you be ready to take the first steps to overcoming Premature Ejaculation.

Visualization Exercises are Sure to Make You Score! Once you have all that visualization of  positive energy, it’s time to begin the more in depth visualization. Imagine performing so well in bed with an extraordinarily beautiful girl. As a matter of fact, she can’t stop complimenting you on your sexual performance. When you’re imagining this scenario, try to see it in the first person point of view (through your own eyes). Notice your confidence, your good feelings, your mood, and the soothing environment around you. Really try to focus on making this visualization as vivid and real as possible. As you practice this exercise more often, you will slowly begin to notice improvement in your sex life.

Does this sound like a bunch of bologna to you? Well, did you know that football players are required to go through positive visualization trance sessions (imagining the victory against their opposing team) before each of their big games. This technique may sound a bit oddball, but if the NFL continue to use this exercise till this day, it must have some validity to it. You might as well give it a shot, what do you have to lose anyways?

If you have been researching on the different methods of how to prevent yourself from ejaculating prematurely, you probably know by now that many of them do not work so efficiently. Here is one strategy to overcome premature ejaculation. Instead on trying to improve the problem, try improving yourself first!

Relaxation… Are you Serious? This may sound insignificant, however, you may be surprised by the wonders that relaxing will actually make. I bet by now you’re probably wondering: “How the heck does relaxing help PE?”

Well the biology behind closed doors is actually quite simple and straight-forward. Your body works in unity through intricate synapses and nerves. What happens is, when you are at a state of relaxation, there is more oxygen flow–and with more oxygen flow, there is more blood flow–and with the combination of oxygen and blood flow, your body is able to produce potential energy–the potential energy then becomes kinetic in aiding your body’s awareness and state of mind–which finally leads to better performance in bed. When your body is well relaxed, it allows your body the ability to leverage its performance at an optimal state.

Exercising to Cure Premature Ejaculation

Now that I got your attention with help from the lovely lady above, let’s begin! First things first, you must realize that you along with many others were not blessed with a gene for sexual stamina. It is crucial that you quit blaming your poor genes and instead focus your attention on developing your sexual stamina.

Make a regimen for committed exercising that will work!
This is a really important aspect for curing Premature Ejaculation. This means that you should put aside about half an hour every day and devote it to working your PC Muscle. Do whatever it takes for the exercising to become habitual. Studies have shown that it is easier to develop a good habit if you ocassionally reward yourself for your dedication. Try to use that fact towards your advantage. Wait, what the heck is a PC Muscle?

The PC Muscle, for you that don’t know, is short for pubococcygeus muscle. This is the muscle that contributes to ejaculation. If you are not sure where the PC Muscle is located, try this for kicks: The next time you urinate, try interrupting the flow of urine mid-way to completion. The muscle that is contracted to stop the flow of urine at that very moment is your PC Muscle. Moving on, let’s continue on to why you need to do these exercises.

One of the primary reasons why men continue to suffer from premature ejaculation is that they were born into this world with a weak PC Muscle. Don’t get discouraged just yet. The PC Muscle, like any other muscle in our body, can be strengthened. Therefore, have some faith in yourself and you will be able to overcome Premature Ejaculation.
