I created a new regimen for all you premature ejaculators out there. I hope this routine will help to fix your premature ejaculation once and for all!

The routine is quite simple. All you have to do is make sure to masturbate on a regular basis. Okay, it’s not entirely that simple though. You need to make a promise to yourself by making every masturbation session last for at least twenty minutes before ejaculating. This will help to build your sexual endurance as well as help you learn to feel the different sensations your body goes through prior to ejaculation. Having the knowledge to understand the different sensations is crucial to master premature ejaculation. After a month’s time you should be able to last twice as long as you did before. Keep being persistent and the months will add up to additional minutes.

Factual Psychological Note: Make sure not to give in to temptation and give up before the 20 minute mark. This will have a negative impact on your subconscious mind. Your mind will start to doubt your capabilities of lasting past 20 minutes. This will, in turn only worsen your premature ejaculation problem.
