I have good news for all you guys out there who suffer from Premature Ejaculation. You can overcome premature ejaculation by simply investing 15 minutes of your time 3 - 4 times a week. Here are the steps that you need to take…
Masturbate and notice the different stages of arousal that you encounter before ejaculation. After you are aware of the different stages of arousal you may continue to the exercises. To begin the exercise, you need to first get comfortable and make sure that there will be no interruptions of any sort. When ready, you may begin to masturbate and stop when you reach the 50% arousal stage. Let your erection subside to the 10% arousal state and then continue masturbating again; however, this time stop at the 60% arousal stage. Let your erection subside to the 10% arousal state and then continue masturbating again; however, this time stop at the 70% arousal stage. Let your erection subside to the 10% arousal state and then continue masturbating again; however, this time stop at the 80% arousal stage. Let your erection subside to the 10% arousal state and then continue masturbating again; however, this time stop at the 90% arousal stage (the point of no return). Let your erection subside to the 10% arousal state and then continue masturbating again until ejaculation.
Try to repeat the exercise mentioned above 3 – 4 times a week. Once you are able to masturbate for 15 minutes straight without ejaculation, then you may move on to a more advanced regimen. The advanced regimen includes using the same exercise but with the aid of a lubricant. Try to repeat the exercise mentioned above 3 – 4 times a week. Once you are able to masturbate lubricated for 15 minutes straight without ejaculation, then you are ready to try an even more advance regimen with a partner.
Let your partner do the 15 minute exercise mentioned above for you with her hands. Once you are able to withhold ejaculation for 15 minutes, then you may move on to a more advanced regimen. The advanced regimen includes your partner giving you oral sex. Once you are able to endure 15 minutes of oral sex without ejaculation, then you are ready to move on to actual sex. This is the final stage of the exercise. Try to have sex with your partner while incorporating the 15 minute exercise routine. Once you are able to withhold ejaculation for 15 minutes during sex, you have just become a Champ. Congratulations!

may I ask you, what do you mean by 10% arousal stage? in that stage, is penis under erection or not?
is 0% means not erection at all?what if I watch porn movie and get erected automatically, and if start to stroke my penis, is that condition called 0% stage or more?

Hey Steve,
During the 10% arousal stage, you should be partially erect.
0% stage is before you are aroused.
10% stage is when your erection is weak.
