Today I am going to teach you an exercise that will help to strengthen your PC Muscle. This exercise is known as the PC Flex.

In order for to maximize results for this exercise, make sure that you understand the excitement scale (sexual excitement scale from 1 - 10). The number, 1 equates to barely being aroused, while the number, 10 equates to an orgasm. Well, let’s begin with the exercise, shall we?

The first thing you want to do is isolate yourself in a room where you will not be bothered for at least 15 minutes–the last thing you need is somebody storming in on you during your masturbation session. Once you get that done, you may begin stroking your shaft until you nearly reach orgasm–in reference to the excitement scale of 9. Once you reach 9, give your PC muscle a squeeze and hold it for 3 seconds (make sure you stop and take deep breaths while doing the squeeze). Afterwards, wait for your erection to subside and then repeat the procedure once more. Continue doing this for a duration of 10 minutes. If 10 minutes is too difficult for you, try 5 minutes; however, remember  your goal is to shoot for 15 minutes. Just make sure to work your way up in increments.

Good luck. Keep doing this regimen every other day for 1 month. You should slowly notice your PC Muscle becoming stronger.
