Visualization Exercises are Sure to Make You Score! Once you have all that visualization of  positive energy, it’s time to begin the more in depth visualization. Imagine performing so well in bed with an extraordinarily beautiful girl. As a matter of fact, she can’t stop complimenting you on your sexual performance. When you’re imagining this scenario, try to see it in the first person point of view (through your own eyes). Notice your confidence, your good feelings, your mood, and the soothing environment around you. Really try to focus on making this visualization as vivid and real as possible. As you practice this exercise more often, you will slowly begin to notice improvement in your sex life.

Well, did you know that football players are required to go through positive visualization trance sessions (imagining the victory against their opposing team) before each of their big games. This technique may sound a bit oddball, but if the NFL continue to use this exercise till this day, it must have some validity to it.
