Don’t Rush Masturbation or Sex

It’s been awhile since I last posted here on PE Awareness. So, today I wanted to provide our readers with some advice on how to train and increase your sexual stamina.
The ideea is still the same idea as we keep on mentioning in our past posts. You want to delay your ejaculation for as long as possible. Delaying your ejaculation increases your semen ejaculation, your intensity of orgasm, your future ability to last longer, strengthens your PC Muslce, and improves your sex life.
The next time you have sex with your partner or masturbate, make sure to stop and take a 30 second break prior to ejaculation. You should try doing this as many times as possible. You may want to vary the speed and pressure of your thrusts or motions to better control your ejaculation. How long or how many times should you do this before ejaculating? Well, first ask yourself how long would you like to last in bed? Use this number as your guide to how long you practice this regimen before ejaculating. After enough practice the amount of breaks will become less and you will probably be able to increase the duration of this regimen. That is music to both your ears and your sexual partners as well!
