Sleep Deprivation Casues PE

I was reading a medical journal that was talking about how getting a good night’s rest could actually imporve many things in your life.
The primary thing that shocked me was that sleeping right could improve your sexual stamina. This was shocking to me when I first read it; however, the article explained how serotonin levels were lower when one was sleep deprived. Lower serotonin levels had many side effects; one being premature ejaculation in males. Sleep deprevation directly correlated with low serotonin levels. For this reason, sleep deprevation (low serotonin levels) led patients to depression, anxiety disorders, inability to focus, and paranoia as well.
