Understanding the Vagina

A woman’s vagina is tightest during the initial stages of penetration. However, as a woman becomes more aroused, two very crucial things happen to her vagina.
1) Her vagina begins to secrete more fluid for lubrication purposes. The lubricating fluid is created so that when the man is thrusting inside the woman’s vagina, the friction caused by the thrusting will not pain the woman. This is great for the man because with less friction, it allows the man to last longer during sexual intercourse.
2) Her vagina expands. This is great because with less friction, it allows the man to last longer during sexual intercourse as well.
So even before you start sexual intercourse, make sure you warm your girl up with plenty of foreplay. You want your girl to be as aroused as possible. Think of it this way: the more aroused she is, the less friction on your penis during intercourse. When there is less friction on the penis during intercourse, you can last longer. Remember, practice makes perfect!
